Legal

Terms of Service

Draft of 29 September 2026 · Not yet effective

These terms are the agreement between you and [legal entity name] (“Tembeza”, “we”) for using Tembeza. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you don’t, please don’t use it.

1. What Tembeza does

You point Tembeza at a product — a repository, a website, files or a description. It reads those sources and drafts a marketing brief, an AI “agent” persona and content for you to review. Nothing is published or scheduled without your approval. The service is new and features will change, appear or be withdrawn. Publishing to social platforms [is not available yet — update when it is].

2. Your account

3. Your material

You keep ownership of what you submit (“your material”) and of the output we create for you. You give us permission to store and process your material, and to send excerpts to the AI providers and other service providers listed in our Privacy Policy, solely to provide the service to you.

You promise you have the right to submit it — including that you are entitled to give Tembeza read-only access to any private repository you connect — and that doing so doesn’t break the law or anyone’s rights.

4. AI-generated output

5. What you must not do

We may limit usage — for example the number of projects or requests — to keep the service safe and affordable.

6. Third-party services

Sign-in, repository access and hosting depend on other companies (GitHub, Google and others). Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we aren’t responsible for their services.

7. Price

[The service is currently free during early access. Describe pricing and payment terms here when they exist.]

8. Our property

Tembeza’s software, design and name belong to us. These terms give you the right to use the service, not to copy it or use our name or logo without permission.

9. Ending things

You can stop using Tembeza at any time and ask us to delete your account (hello@tembeza.online). We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or put the service or others at risk, and we’ll tell you why where we can.

10. No promises about results

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that following its output will bring customers, followers or revenue.

11. Our liability

[Lawyer: liability limit and exclusions, indemnity, and the wording required by your jurisdiction and your users’ consumer laws go here.] Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t legally be limited.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], and its courts have jurisdiction [confirm].

13. Changes and contact

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll tell you before it takes effect; using the service after that means you accept the new terms. Questions: hello@tembeza.online.
